The International Middle East Power Systems Conference is one of the major conferences in the field of electric power systems. Always it is an excellent place to share our research results with colleagues, discuss project outcomes, hear other points of views, and begin new scientific collaboration and friendship. The conference includes workshops, panel discussions, and technical papers. Distinguished speakers are invited to share their updated technical experience with the conference attendees. On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of the fi¬rst convening of the conference in Mansoura, it is a great pleasure to rehost it for the third time at Mansoura University, Egypt (1998, 2015, and 2023) The objective of the conference is to present academic and technological progress in key areas of electric power engineering and related subjects. It will provide a forum for national and international university faculties, research institutes, industry and utility engineers to exchange new concepts and challenges for the future.
